Medical Records

There may be times when you need to release or request your full medical records. Patients may wish to release their UT Health Austin medical records to another provider or they may need to request their medical records from another provider be sent to UT Health Austin. In either case, we are here to help.

MyUTHA Patient Portal

UT Health Austin’s MyUTHA Patient Portal is your secure, online connection to portions of your UT Health Austin electronic medical record. Through your personal MyUTHA Patient Portal account, you can view your patient summaries, lab results, and immunization records as well as contact your care team, manage your appointments, and more. And, you can do it all at any time, day or night.

Telehealth

UT Health Austin's Telehealth service allows healthcare providers to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients remotely using Zoom, a secure video conferencing platform. Through our virtual care model, patients are able to visit with their care team and access information about treatments for themselves or their loved ones from a place of convenience, including the comfort of their own home. Many of the same services that are offered in person are also offered virtually to allow us to best meet patient needs.
