Stela Olteanu, ST

Clinical Biography

Stela Olteanu, ST, is a surgical technologist in UT Health Austin’s Ambulatory Surgery Center. With more than 15 years of experiences, she specializes in facilitating the needs of the surgeon and surgical team throughout general; gynecologic; ophthalmic; ears, nose, and throat (ENT); and plastic and reconstructive surgeries.

Stela Olteanu completed her surgical technologist program at Austin Community College. She also has extensive training in the surgical care of diverse patient populations across a variety of HCA Healthcare outpatient surgical facilities.

Stela Olteanu’s extensive knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and instrumentation allows her to provide high-level care to patients in the operating room setting.
