Jennifer “Jeni” Wade, LCSW-S

Clinical Biography

Jeni Wade, LCSW-S, (she/her) is a licensed clinical social worker and the clinical program manager in the Amplify Center, a clinical partnership between Austin Community College and UT Health Austin. She specializes in providing culturally-responsive, trauma-informed care management and psychotherapy services to young adults. Additionally, Jeni Wade is an assistant professor of practice at the Steve Hicks School of Social Work at The University of Texas at Austin.

Jeni Wade earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Colorado Boulder and her master’s degree in social work from The University of Texas at Austin Steve Hicks School of Social Work.

Jeni Wade is a board-approved clinical supervisor and has extensive experience providing mental health treatment in community-based healthcare, end-of-life care, and higher education. Her clinical interests include helping people cultivate wellness and resilience in emerging adulthood.
