Clinical Biography
Ella Branson, LMSW, is a licensed clinical social worker in UT Health Austin’s Amplify Center. She specializes in community-based mental health, case management, permanent supportive housing, and substance use counseling.
Ella Branson earned her master’s degree in social work from The University of Texas at Austin Steve Hicks School of Social Work.
Ella Branson is passionate about helping young adults navigate life transitions and become the best version of themselves. Throughout her education, she developed a strong commitment to understanding the complex relationship between mental health, identity, and life changes. She has experience in providing specialized care for young adults experiencing first-episode psychosis, as well as delivering crisis intervention services in a walk-in crisis center. She offers a warm, nonjudgmental approach that creates a safe space where patients feel empowered to explore their identities, build resilience, and work toward personal and professional goals. In her therapeutic work, she integrates a variety of clinical approaches within a strengths-based, trauma-informed framework that honors each patient’s unique journey.
