Cynthia Keene, MD

Clinical Biography

Cynthia Keene, MD is a board-certified anesthesiologist and pediatric anesthesiologist in the Texas Center for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease, a clinical partnership between Dell Children’s Medical Center and UT Health Austin.

Dr. Keene earned her bachelor’s degree in biology with a minor in Spanish from Carnegie Mellon University and her medical degree from Weill Medical College of Cornell University. She competed a surgical internship at Lenox Hill Hospital and a residency in anesthesiology at New York Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell. She completed a fellowship in anesthesia at Denver Children’s Hospital and a fellowship in pediatric cardiac anesthesia at Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Keene is a pediatric cardiac anesthesiologist with UT Health Austin.
