Biography and Education
Clinical Biography
Brian Donley, MD, MPH, is a board-certified psychiatrist in both UT Health Austin’s Adult Psychiatry Clinic and UT Health Austin’s Comprehensive Memory Center. He specializes in the psychiatric care of older adults, including people with neurocognitive disorders. Additionally, Dr. Donley is an assistant professor in the Dell Medical School Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at The University of Texas at Austin.
Dr. Donley earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine and his master’s degree in public health from UTHealth School of Public Health. He completed both a residency in general adult psychiatry and a fellowship in geriatric psychiatry at Dell Medical School.
Dr. Donley’s clinical interests include psychiatry resident education and supporting other medical specialties caring for adults with neurocognitive disorders. He is an active member of the American Association for Geriatric Psychiatry, where he received the Member-in-Training Future Clinician-Educator Award.
