Ann Rea Phillips, MSN/MBA, RN, OCN, is a licensed registered nurse in UT Health Austin’s Surgical Oncology Clinic. She specializes in the care and management of patients diagnosed with cancer.

Ann Rea Phillips earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Texas A&M University and her dual master’s degrees in nursing administration and business administration at The University of Texas at Tyler.

Ann Rea Phillips formerly worked at MD Anderson, where she gained patient and clinical experience in numerous cancer specialties, including leukemia, sarcoma, gynecologic oncology, and lung malignancies.

Ann Rea Philips is a registered nurse with UT Health Austin.
