COVID-19 Vaccination Appointment

Once your appointment has been scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email will include a link to your designated QR code. Please bring this QR code with you to your appointment as it will be your method of checking in.

Appointment Location

Your appointment will take place inside Gregory Gym, located on the UT Austin campus at 2101 Speedway Street, 78712.

Free parking is available in the Brazos Garage, located on the UT Austin campus at 210 E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., 78712. Signs will be posted to guide you along the walking path and to the entrance of the Gregory Gym. A free shuttle service will also be available for people who need assistance traveling to and from the Brazos Garage.

Parking in Brazos Garage is limited, so please plan accordingly. Be sure to give yourself enough time to park and walk (or be shuttled) to Gregory Gym and account for an estimated 30-minute appointment check-in time. We ask that you exit the garage after you have received your vaccination to allow others to park prior to their appointment time. University students, faculty, and staff with campus parking permits are encouraged to park in the designated parking area where they typically park when coming to campus.

Appointment Arrival

Please arrive at Gregory Gym 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. You must have your QR code out and ready to scan for check-in as well as a photo ID upon entering Gregory Gym. You can scan your QR code from your mobile device or bring a printed copy. Your designated QR code was emailed to you along with your appointment confirmation. If you do not have an assigned QR code, you will not receive a COVID-19 vaccination.

Please help us maintain a safe environment by wearing a mask, practicing safe distancing, and following UT Austin visitor guidelines. Be sure to limit who and what you bring with you. We are ready to safely and efficiently administer vaccinations to thousands of people.
