See below for more information on vaccination walk-in hours of operation, appointment location, parking, and check-in.

COVID-19 Vaccination Appointment Information

Walk-in vaccinations are available to all people ages 12 and older.

For all people between the ages of 12 and 17, a parent or guardian must complete the UT Health Austin Minor Consent Form (also available in Spanish) prior to receiving a vaccination. You are required to bring the completed and signed consent form with you to your vaccination appointment.

For all people 80 years of age and older, you do not need to schedule an appointment day or time. At your convenience, you are welcome to visit our vaccination site during regular operating hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). When you arrive at the vaccination site, please proceed to the front of the line.

For patients seeking a second dose, we are currently only able to provide second doses for those patients that received a Pfizer first dose.

Appointment Location

Your appointment will take place at UT Health Austin on the 1st floor of the Health Transformation Building (HTB), located on the UT Austin campus at 1601 Trinity Street, Bldg. A, 1st Floor, Ste. 1.108, 78712.

Walk-In Hours of Operation

Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:20 p.m.

Parking

Free parking is available in the attached Health Center Garage, located on the UT Austin campus at 1601 Trinity Street, Bldg. A, 78712. Upon arrival, please proceed to the first floor. Signs will be posted to guide you to your appointment check-in.

Parking in Health Center Garage is limited, so please plan accordingly. Be sure to give yourself enough time to park and account for an estimated 30-minute appointment check-in time. We ask that you exit the garage after you have received your vaccination to allow others to park prior to their appointment time. Please remember to pick up your parking validation QR code when you leave the observation area after receiving your vaccine so that you can exit the parking garage at no cost.

Appointment Arrival

Please arrive at the Health Transformation Building 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. You must have a photo ID ready at the time of check-in.

If you are receiving your second dose of vaccine, please remember to bring the vaccine card your received after your first dose was administered.

Please help us maintain a safe environment by following UT Austin visitor guidelines. Be sure to limit who and what you bring with you. We are ready to safely and efficiently administer vaccinations to thousands of people.
