Every care team is managed by a surgical or non-surgical physician who specializes in your specific condition. This doctor works in collaboration with the other providers to create a custom treatment plan designed to meet your specific needs and goals.
Physical therapists are trained to help you improve overall function and health. Our physical therapist will work with you to create an exercise plan for your individual needs and goals.
Clinical Social Worker
The Clinical Social Worker (CSW) is a member of our care team. We recognize that anxiety, depression, substance use and overall well-being can have a significant impact on health management. In order to get the best outcomes, the CSW works with you to identify and treat any emotional health needs and to enhance your quality of life.
