Clinical Biography
William Qubty, MD, is a board-certified pediatric neurologist and the Chief of the Comprehensive Pediatric Headache Program within UT Health Austin Pediatric Neurosciences at Dell Children’s. He specializes in treating headache disorders but is well versed in all aspects of child neurology. Additionally, Dr. Qubty is an assistant professor in the Dell Medical School Department of Neurology.
Dr. Qubty earned his medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He completed a combined residency in pediatrics and child neurology at the Mayo Clinic and a fellowship in headache medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. He is board-certified in headache medicine and one of the few fellowship-trained pediatric headache specialists in the country.
Dr. Qubty is actively involved in pediatric migraine clinical trials. He has a range of peer-reviewed publications and book chapters relating to headache medicine and child neurology.
