Clinical Biography

Stephanie Vasquez, BSN, RN, is a licensed registered nurse and the Registered Nurse Team Leader for UT Health Austin’s Ambulatory Surgery Center. She specializes in providing perioperative and post-anesthesia care.

Stephanie Vasquez earned her bachelor’s in nursing from Capella University. She completed a fellowship in the trauma ICU (intensive care unit) at Banner Health/Estrella Mountain Community College.

Stephanie Vasquez has an extensive background in critical care, pediatric intensive care, neo-natal intensive care, and perioperative nursing. Her clinical interests include providing patients in the Austin and surrounding communities with patient-centered, inclusive, and value-based care. She strives to continually improve the quality of health care in the communities she serves.
