Biography and Education
Sarah Karboski is a psychometrist in UT Health Austin’s Comprehensive Memory Center within the Mulva Clinic for the Neurosciences. She specializes in administering and scoring neuropsychological assessments for patients with a history of strokes, dementia, memory, and attention concerns.
Sarah Karboski earned her bachelor’s in psychology from The University of Texas at Austin with highest honors. She is also a recipient of the faculty-nominated Eva Stevenson Woods Endowed Presidential Scholarship and the Teresa Lozano Long Travel Scholarship.
Sarah Karboski conducted research at the Anxiety and Health Behaviors Lab in the Institute for Mental Health Research as well as with the Texas Alzheimer’s Research and Care Consortium (TARCC) Hispanic Cohort. She currently conducts research on patient outcomes in the Comprehensive Memory Center in order to better inform patient care. She also volunteers with the local chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association and is an active member of the National Association of Psychometrists.
