Biography and Education
Clinical Biography
Diana Andino, MD is a neurologist and clinical fellow at UT Health Austin’s Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology Center within the Mulva Clinic for the Neurosciences. Currently, she is completing fellowship training to specialize in caring for patients with multiple sclerosis, neuromyelitis optica, and other neuroinflammatory conditions of the central nervous system. She completed her residency in neurology at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She earned her medical degree at Stritch School of Medicine at Loyola University in Chicago. Prior to moving to Chicago, Dr. Andino completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology degree at the University of Houston in Texas. Additionally, Dr. Adino is an Instructor of Medicine in the Dell Medical School Department of Neurology.
Dr. Andino is interested in health equity and in improving access to care for patients with neurological conditions across the state who are from underserved populations. Dr. Andino is originally from Ecuador and is fluent in Spanish.
